Cancellation of the Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testings (CAT, ELAT, HAT, MAT, MLAT, PAT, TSA S1, TSA) on 2 November 2022 due to extreme weather.
In accordance with government guidelines, all International Examinations will be cancelled or postponed under the No. 8 Storm Signal.
For the safety of all customers, partners and our employees, this means that the CAAT scheduled at 3pm today will be cancelled.
The British Council has already contacted Cambridge University Press and Assessment, who will in turn inform the University of Oxford. The University and Examinations Board do not offer contingency dates for these tests.
As one of the organisations administering the testing in Hong Kong, British Council will :
• Process a full refund for all CAAT test takers impacted
• Help to submit special consideration forms for test takers by 8 November 2022
We will continue to work with the Examinations Board but should you have any questions, please contact the British Council Examinations Services (examinations@britishcouncil.org.hk )
We are very disappointed that the inclement weather has forced us into to making this decision.
