Dance with Magpie Dance is an interactive dance programme that was showcased at SPARK festival in October 2021 by Magpie Dance (UK) in partnership with Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong.   

The programme featured live interactive dance sessions and inclusive dance tutorials choreographed, performed and taught by people with learning disabilities, inspiring people of all abilities and ages to get ready to dance! Recordings of both dance sessions featured at SPARK are now available to stream on-demand:

What’s more, a full Magpie Dance - SPARK festival 2021 playlist is now available for on-demand streaming, featuring dance classes that you can follow from the comfort of your own home, on your own or with others! There are films of dance classes with visiting artists from the Royal Ballet in London (David Pickering OBE, Federico Bonelli and Hikaru Kobayashi) and from the Martha Graham Dance Company, the oldest dance company in America; plus a chance to see Magpie Dance lead workshops for Propeller Dance, an inclusive dance company based in Canada.
