In this session, we will explore diverse case studies with a focus on developing empathy, perspective-taking, and emotional well-being. Participants will have the chance to share their experiential learning and reflect on their teaching journeys, offering potential solutions. We will also provide practical tips and strategies to help ensure neuroinclusive classrooms, as well as suggestions to support teacher well-being. Additionally, we will share some mindfulness techniques that can guide you from a sympathetic to a parasympathetic state within a short timeframe. The goal is to foster an environment where participants can openly share their experiences, gain insights, and acquire practical tools to enhance their teaching practice and promote holistic well-being for both students and educators.
